INFANT Sleep Course (4-18 mos)
Our baby sleep consulting course is designed to cut through the baby sleep online noise and equip you with the knowledge, strategies, and tools needed to help address sleep challenges with your littles. We’ll work on:
1. Developing Your Schedule. A huge first step that is unique to each baby and family!
2. Address Common Sleep Challenges: Night Wakings/Early Rising/Regressions
3. Detailed, Judgement- Free, Step-by-Step Instructions on Sleep Approaches + all the “What Ifs”
4. Creating Safe, Healthy Sleep Environments: For Home AND Travel
5. Cultural and Parenting Considerations. We want to find out what is realistic and sustainable for you as a family, versus adding MORE pressure and stress.
6. Assessment and Troubleshooting. A big part of your journey is addressing what needs to be ruled out before tackling sleep in the first place! Any personal questions? Let’s chat further in our 30 min call.
